Aurora Phu Quoc Hotel & Cafe

The property has a perfect location. Sea and firework view, walkable to all of Sunset town from the harbor end where it is quiet and level to all attractions. The service was wonderful and the staff were always available. I was a first timer on the island and it helped me to be able to have my so many questions answered and they were proactive with suggestions to make my experience magical. I have traveled exclusively throughout the world and this was one of my favorite stays. I was booked for a eeek and I extended three more on the second day. Beyond my satisfaction with my stay, I should probably say that even during high season, the cost would have been a value at twice the price

Les choses que je retiens le plus de cet établissement et le personnel. Qui a été tout au long de notre séjour très gentil et à l’écoute. Toujours là à nous aider en cas de besoin.

J’ai tout aimé. En revanche, c’est dommage que le petit déjeuner se fasse dans un autre bâtiment, mais ce n’était pas dérangeant et il faudrait, je pense rajouter quelques miroirs dans la chambre.

La ubicación para nosotros era perfecta, junto al teleférico y al kiss of the sea. La habitación está muy bien, pequeña pero acogedora.

El desayuno es muy pobre además de que hay que moverse a otro edificio para ello y elegirlo un día antes. Nos dieron unas tostadas y al pedir mantequilla y mermelada nos dijeron que “ese día no había”… El personal habla muy poco inglés, aunque son muy amables.
