Aurora Phu Quoc Hotel & Cafe

It's a lovely boutique hotel, affordable rates, free cable car entry, but one has to arrive before 3 pm to avail the tickets.

The host was such a wonderful lady. I arrived late and she was waiting for me with a smile and a glass of water! The hotel was beautiful throughout. I stayed in a double room with a small balcony that had a wonderful view of the sea and cable cars. My room was beautifully furnished, as you can see from the photos. Everything was like new. The bathroom was immaculate and well designed, and the shower was super! Lovely soft towels, toiletries, shower gel, and shampoo dispensers, slippers, wardrobe, hangers, and a lovely scented candle. The bed was amazingly comfortable with super pillows and cushions. Smart TV. Cooking area with kettle, hob, few pots, crockery, and glassware. Fridge. It was a delight to walk into an air-conditioned room as there was a card left in all time, and you had a second card to enter the room. 😀 I had a lovely warm croissant and coffee for breakfast. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the cable car station and the Kiss Bridge evening show. The host booked a ticket for me to see the show. You also get a free ticket for the cable car and admission to Hom Waterpark. This ticket also includes access to the famous kiss bridge on the day of your ticket. It's great to be on bridge at sunset ! It is also only a 7-minute ride to Khem Beach. I was only booked for 1 night but stayed an extra night. Perfect in every way. 👌

The hotel was immaculately clean , excellent service throughout our stay . the owner was so welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here. The pillows and mattress were very comfortable. We also received free tickets to the water park and cable car.

i really enjoyed my stay there. I stayed with my mother and she really loved the place and its aura. Clean and spacious. Balcony view is amazing. You can enjoy sea view, also its in a very quiet area which we loved. Must recommend. The people who work there , amazing ! Kind and very helpful <3

Very friendly staff

Bathroom has a huge window into the room that can be closed with a curtain. The problem is that the curtain doesn't cover 100% of the window and on top of that it's partially transparent, so your privacy is compromised

We love our stay in the hotel. In term of the price, the location, food everything was superb! the staff were amazingly helpful and the kindest! It was around 10ish pm and my daughter feet was swollen and couldn’t walk as she was injured from the khem beach and we could’t find any nearest clinic which are still open and the staff was quickly taking the action and everything is fine on the next day, and she could walk again. We will be definitely recommend this to our friends and family! And ofc we will come back on our next trip here in Phu Quoc ❤️

The isolation is pretty bad, I got woken up 3 times during the night by the ringing bell downstairs and my room was on the third floor. The hotel ran out of electricity from 6am to 6pm, apparently from the government for the whole area. It’s not the fault of the hotel but it’s unfortunate for travelers as I had no battery. The hotel offered a coffee but that won’t really help the situation
