AULocation and staff that I called regarding check in time was awesome
Dirty . Bathroom floor was slimy, soapy stains on the wall and mirrors. Lighting inside bathroom extremely dimmed and hard to see . No extra toilet rolls for4pax 2 days stay. Come on how expensive can that be . Main room ( attached to bathroom) was dirty . Hairs everywhere as if it has not been vacuumed or dusted. Microwave not working . I tried everything I can to make it work but even after 20 minutes my food was not even warm. Hardly enough plates and cutlery for 4 pax. TV channels was a joke . Front door entry lockset need to be user friendly. It is not fun trying to punch in 10 digits number while your hands are full. Will be nice to have keyless card. Location was perfect.
