The location is fantastic and walking distance to lots of things. All facilities needed and a fantastic view from the top floor.

The pool was closed for maintenance during our stay but that was not the owners fault. It would have been nice for a cool down in the afternoons.

Staff were extremely helpful, cheap, convenient location

mould stains on the wall, malfunctioninig overhead shower, leaking soapy water all over the floor in the bathroom when washer is running, weird smell (even post 24 hours), caved in bed, no handsoap (only single bottle of 2in1 shampoo for the whole house), has TV but does not even have normal free channels like the news.

Our family of five—spanning three generations—stayed here for five nights during our trip to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. My kids went to the swimming pool on the 7th floor every day to play and enjoy the sunset, while my wife and I visited the massage services on the P1 level several times. On the ground floor of the hotel, there are three convenience stores and many restaurants, so basically everything you need is available right within the property. The location is extremely convenient as well—you can walk to the jetty for island hopping in just 5 minutes, and it’s only about a 10-minute walk to Suria Mall. Other popular attractions in the city are also nearby. Whenever we had questions, the staff responded very quickly, which made our stay feel safe and comfortable. On our last day, it only took about 15 minutes by taxi to get to the airport. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next trip to Sabah. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍
