New city flat, 3 x double bed en-suite bedrooms, private kitchen & lounge, free private parking & own workspaces

Clean, tidy and well equipped. Location was ideal for us as we had a meeting early in the morning within a 5 minute drive.

TV didn’t work, but that could’ve been user error to be fair and it wasn’t a massive issue as I was only going to watch while I waited for my colleague.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable with everything you could need. We were only there for one night, arriving late and leaving early but we could've happily stayed for longer. Each room was well presented and you are provided with all the amenities you could need including having your own work space in each bedroom. The added extra of board games, puzzle books and the chess board were great as well!

Great comms with owners who offered early check in and late check out. Watch out for numbering on the road but easy access and clear instructions. Lovely condition inside with great facilities.

The apartment is spacious and has all the facilities you need. The beds are comfortable and the attention to detail in terms of furnishings and little extras is very good.

A very nice apartment. Beautiful decor. Top notch. Felt very warm and cosy. Spacious bedrooms with individual closets and bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and furniture. We had everything we needed. A lovely little courtyard to enjoy. Especially loved the kitchen and the bar stools! Very very clean and tidy. Worth the money to stay here. On site parking is definitely a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our night at this property and were very comfortable. If we ever visit Exeter again this is where we will stay. Just wonderful! Highly recommend.

Lovely little property, ideal for us. 3 ensuite bedrooms, high quality beds and bedding. Actually thought through desks in each room, easy to use furniture, and good showers, water etc. Fast WiFi, and nicely equipped kitchen with perks such as air fryer etc. more like a home than an Airbnb style property. Plenty of parking on the front drive (we fitted one large and two small vans) and a nice secluded little bench and outside area. Access instructions and detailed what to do and leave where and when checking out really helpful! Can't praise enough. Having stayed at several of this style property instead of hotels in the last 6months this is sitting in the top.few!

Was good all round, couple of notes for others, says it's by a road,(it is!) but we heard no traffic noise. No garden as such but there is a small private outside courtyard.
