It was clean and spacious, easy to find with a parking space. Lovely to have a bottle of milk to use in the fridge!

It was self catering so no breakfast was needed. There was nothing we did not like so we liked everything.
Some noise from the occupants above us but it was not excessive.

Fully equipped kitchen and family loved the bedrooms, 3 double rooms all en suite. Went for rugby and an easy walk to and from Sandy Park stadium. Also went into Exeter - bus stop right outside - could not be more convenient. Sainsburys only 5 mins in car to stock up on food etc. Good comms from the owners re entry and leaving, also a handy pint of milk in the fridge on arrival.
