The location and staff behavior was great

Location is good around

When asked for 3 coffees they pour in three cups and runaway, electric kettle was provided (after request) with no coffee Cups , no sachet .in hotel dining is near to impossible (only 1 plastic chair in one room no table) taste is roadside taste for very high price. We stayed in a triple room, there was AC leakage in bed, room#406 is not a room at all they run a carpenter workshop by the side of this room, don't ever try to use stairs of the hotel you will feel the chal model of mumbai, i don't think it's a hotel, only good thing about it is location and paying 12k for this is not atall worth, it should have been around 1k.
