Hotel A K Fort Inn

The stay was value for money.The room service was super fast. A/c was supercold which was required for peak summers.all the time hot water.everything was there that was required for perfect saty.

Despite a simple exterior, the room was very good: clean bedsheets, interior, bathroom etc with hot water. Room size was small but the superior room fitted a double bed and a single with enough space for bags and other things. We will definitely come back when we need a central location close to gateway of india/cst/colaba etc..

Last night we do not sleeping because hotel staff making party whole night in this terrace. Lot of noise was faced. Two times we had told him for stopping this activity but they don't care . Several times try to contact reception but no body can not taken the call. This is a horrible experience.

The room was clean & comfortable. The reception staff was lovely & really helpful. Hard to sleep at night, we stayed on the 5th floor & if the phone wasn’t ringing then there was staff up & down all night.

Location was great.

Staff were indifferent. Location scruffy. Room scruffy. Bathroom scruffy. Walking through the property was like walking through a slum in places.
