Kettle should be kept in the room for hot water and preparation of tea and coffee.

It was clean and it’s right in the centre of the city!

Too much of sound of lift/people chatting at night

Staff were very good, including managers. Place was very clean and beds were very comfortable.

there was lot of noise on forth floor, laundry man used to come to pick up laundry early in the morning, after spoken to manager he managed to short it out next day.

Beds were a good size and we had enough for the number of people booking. Everything was clean and functional. The room service menu is from a restraint a few doors down. The food is excellent (but pricey for India) and safe. Staff made an effort to complete any requests we made of them.

No included breakfast. It’s order room service from down the road. The location was OK. You can walk to the Fort etc. in 20 mins. Front of house staff mostly just did the job, not particularly friendly or unfriendly, just working.

The room was comfortable and close to restaurants. Only ten minutes walk to the train station.

The room was slightly noisy but it didn't stop us sleeping.

good location, in the center of Fort, next to the CST station

no daily clean up, the hotel is quite noisy because the room is not soundproof.
