Location.

No proper amenities like toiletries, slippers were provided and it was very overpriced considering I have been to way better hotels and even resorts in the same price range. My expectations were very different based on the price and previous reviews but it's not even remotely close. There were insects in the bed, room was small and bathroom was very tiny with not even a dustbin provided. Even in the handwash bottle, there was a dead insect. You can hear noises from the the corridor and adjacent rooms. There's major room for improvement on hospitality. On the websites, price was increased as per free will for the next day - there's no regulation on that even if the conditions didn't match the asked money. The high price is only due to the location connecting multiple tourist spots. Suggestion: Plan and book hotel weeks before the visit. I had no other option hence I had opted for it. I wish I could get my hard earned money back.

Good location, especially for the train station. Several nearby restaurants at a reasonable price. Walking distance to Gateway of India. Rooms are on fifth and sixth floor of building so the lift was welcome.

Inaccurate description on booking.com. No ATM, no tour desk. In the room there was a desk but no chair and no safety deposit box. Room 505 had a very unpleasant smell which remained even with the windows open and air conditioning and fan on full. It also looks on to roof terrace used by staff so curtains had to remain closed. Very noisy inside the hotel during the night so sleep was impossible. Room service came on a small tray with the food wrapped in newspaper. Had to sit on the bed to eat due to absence of chair.

Only the location, as it was walkable distance from the main sights and just a 10’ walk from the train station.

Very noisy place, bedsheets with stains. In general the whole property was dirty. The room had a window that faced a wall and gave us a claustrophobic feeling. Very bad value for money.
