Easy to find, good direction and communication from the owner. The room was big, and very confortable, with plenty of little restaurants to dine in only 2-3 minutes walk and a nice coffee shop down the road for breakfast. Definitely will book there again next time we are in La Spezia!

Would highly recommended the accommodation to friends, can't fault the place! There are no parking spots allocated to the room, however we were lucky to find a parking spot in a blue zone in front of the apartment building (payment by the hours or all day parking).

Incredibly clean apartment in a great location. Easy communication with accommodating host.

Very easy to hear others guests - depending on who stays the night, has potential to be loud.

The accommodation was immaculate, so well situated and so comfortable. There were ample fresh towels, a great shower and a jacuzzi in the room. It really was a joy to stay there.

A coffee machine to compliment the tea making facilities would be the cherry on the cake. That said there are plenty of cafes nearby.

Located 10 min walk from maccies and train station as well as 5 min walk into centre Very clean and tidy Lovely balcony

No towels were given so keep in mind when u book to bring ur own towels Walls are quite thin too so can here other poeple however I loved everything else

Everything was new and I could even smell it everywhere. staff were super supportive. They responded to my messages very well and in a quick time. It was super clean and the location was perfect, it was close to the center, train station and also the bus stop. it is highly recommended.

The door of the balcony was locked or stuck up.

Apartment in monumental building: room with Jacuzzi ( didn't use it, but still). All very new, very clean, comfi and with elevator. Martina was sooo nice and helpfull ( great tips). The whole surprised us in a more than positive way. Location: Old town ( lively with shops and restaurants) is 3 min walk ( through stairs in front of the B&B), and trainstation( to goto 5Terre) was appr. 15 min.walk, so was the harbour. Parking: not too many spaces.. We would surely stay here again.
