The fresh decoration, closeness to station and town centre, air conditioning, overall newness.

No fire or safety escape instructions. Poor security; lock on room door doesn’t automatically close. Excessive room noise from other guests and permanent residents in building. Weak internet (important if you’re working from home). Lack of visibility of operators, expensive for an air BnB style operator. No safe, no small fridge.
