Sadly a lot was not as promised or presented in the ad -Accessiblety is non existent to the location, narrow roads , underdeveloped area (sadly slum like) and far from main roads - garbage surrounding the location , very loud area ( music , fighting , loud motor bikes ) from afternoon till 2 am -Furniture is extremely old and uncomfortable, all fixtures are falling, beds is small and uncomfortable, and the mattress is very thin and almost unusable to sleep on , the only couch has a huge gabe and setting on it was an actual pain - ventilation is not good except one bedroom and the living room - no wifi even tho it is promised - plumbing is failing and lickage - while I share some blame for not researching the location better , the over promising in this ad is deceptive and the flat and location is not suitable for a paid vacation at all and certainly not at this prices - this was the only time we wanted a vacation to end للاسف لم يكن المكان كما تم وصفه بالاعلان علي الاطلاق - المكان بعيد والوصول إليه صعب جدا ، موجود بمنطقة عشوائية وبعيد عن الطرق الرئيسية - المكان في منطقة غير نظيفة وغير مناسب علي الاطلاق لقضاء إجازة ـ الاثاث قديم ومتهالك و غير مريح ، الأسرة صغيرة و المراتب رفيعة وسيئة وغير مناسبة لنوم مريح علي الاطلاق ، الكنبة الوحيدة متهالكة من المنتصف وغير مناسبة للجلوس -التهوية غير جيدة بكامل المكان عدا غرفة نوم و منطقة الجلوس - لا يوجد انترنت كما تم التوضيح في الاعلان - السباكة متهالكة و هناك تسريب في كل مكان - كان المفروض اني اتاكد من المنطقة قبل الحجز ولكن للاسف الاعلان كان خادع والشقة ومكانها غير مناسبين علي الاطلاق لقضاء إجازة و خصوصا بالمبالغ دي - المرة الوحيدة اللي كنا عايزن الاجازة تخلص

The host was extremely friendly and he went over and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible. He speaks fluent English and as a result our communication was excellent and straight forward. He also arranged a car to pick me up from the Cairo international airport, which allowed me to feel stress free and not having to worry about the transportation. Furthermore, he was always available through whatsup in order to assist me with restaurant suggestions, site seeings and how to commute around the city. Leaving the best for last, the apartment is located at the 13th floor and as you can imagine the view is spectacular, looking over the Mediterranean Sea and having the beach right in front of your eyes. I strongly suggest it to those that want to have the beach 10 steps away from their holiday home, while enjoying the mesmerizing sunset from their balcony view.

The place has great view high up and the host is amazing the best guy ever

Morning coffee on the balcony, paired with the panoramic Mediterranean Sea view which accompanies you with the gentle sounds of the waves. This is the the imagine you need to picture in your head before arriving to this lovely beach front apartment. The owner was extremely helpful, very polite and there were no problems with the communication. The location is excellent, there is a vibrant night life of restaurants and families enjoying their summer holidays and there are many beach clubs to choose from, for your swim. There are also water sports as well as an inflatable park for the whole family to enjoy. I strongly recommend it to those that want to relax and enjoy their summer vacation and I’m looking forward to staying here again.

I’ve had the pleasure of living at this wonderful apartment and I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic experience. From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt at home. The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and has a modern design. I especially love the large windows.The layout is functional and perfect for my needs.

This apartment is a true gem! It offers a spacious, well-lit living space with modern amenities and a stylish design. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom is sleek and clean. The location is fantastic.The building is quiet and the management is responsive and friendly. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to call home! Highly recommended.

The location of the house was very good nearby the sea and easy access to the means of transport taxi buses etc.

The sea view the balcony and all the high standards equipment inside house.I stayed in paradise for a month. I was completely satisfied!!. the house provided free wifi ,had hot water, satellite tv and provides all the standards for someone to stay there and have a pleasant vacation. My favorite part of the house was the balcony and the living room with a wonderful view of the sea and the yellow sand without having any obstruction in front that obstructs the view. it created beautiful images for me enjoying the view looking at the sea all hours of the day fishermen from a far fishing and the children in the afternoons playing football on the sand. Reminded me of Brazil 🇧🇷! The house also provides a balcony door where the view of the beach is visible through the house and the sea breeze gave a hint of coolness to the house so it was the ideal house for all seasons !! the owner and doormen were very friendly and available 24/24. The owner was in direct communication with me to provide and help with my needs. I had a great time I hope my comment helps.
