.unfriendly, unprepared and incompetent staff that seem to care more about collecting our money than providing a service. .no warm water .air-conditioning does not work. .Garbage in passage outside property. . Music from gym wakes you up quite early.

the location is right in the middle of ocho rios, safe clean and easy to get around.

We didn't had breakfast. We love the view overlooking the town

The check out time was too early and the pool was dirty couldn't use it 😒. You can put a map of the area in the rooms; because I thought it was only one pool when the housekeeper came that's when I knew about the other

Place was clean and bed comfy. The other two sleeping spaces were convenient and also comfy.

The shower was missing a liner so the bathroom soaked every time anyone showered. There was no kettle or small pot, so no coffee in the mornings. more sheets and towels were needed. The pull out bed needs bedding and it was a reservation for 4 and we got 3 towels and rags.
