Location and was nice and clean all together as a group

The hot water tap didn’t work in the kitchen and no complementary milk for a coffee or tea in the morning . Lack of instructions on what you do when returning late on a night .

Fantastic location close to the race course and Town Centre. Brilliant beer garden and great breakfast.

Convenient location for a small/medium group

Not enough loos to cater for more than 4 ppl, master bedroom toilet is split in toilet/shower by a wall, food smell will get to the master bedroom when windows opened. Kitchen is not good at all, barley operable appliances.

Such a good location and great for a group of people together, nice rooms and staff so friendly.

Perfect location, rooms were all a good size.

There was a wedding on Saturday night which was very loud, it didn't go quiet till midnight. We weren't aware of this.

Excellent location for Beverley and the racecourse - superb for a group and the staff were amazing and super helpful - this was our second visit as a group

There is not much to dislike - 5 varied and recent bedrooms - very clean
