Comfortable and great location.

Great location

They had fixed the problem with the bedroom door from my last stay which was a relief. Getting the keys is a bit of a pain as you need to collect from the garage which is across a very busy main road

Good location for central Birmingham. Easy walking distance to all central area.

Paid £10 for the private parking and told £5 would be refunded on return of permit. Permit was returned but no money refunded. Apartment is very tired looking inside. Chipped and marked walls and door frames and very outdated fixtures.. Blinds in bedroom were broken and wouldn’t open or close properly. Mould around bath and light above bathroom mirror didn’t work. Stained towel left for use which we avoided. Numerous lights in the apartment not working. Presume this can be sorted out by just replacing bulbs but hasn’t been addressed. Freezer section in the fridge was a huge ice block and couldn’t be used.

Good location and generally comfortable- I have stayed here a few times

Unfortunately there was damage to the property caused by the previous tenants which meant I was unable to close the bedroom door or the blinds properly which was very unsettling.

The location was excellent for walking into Birmingham for the German market.

The cleanliness of the apartment, especially the bathroom was poor.

Wish I had read some of the poor reviews before staying. Honestly, nothing has been done about what other guests have complained about. There are still cigarette butts on the balcony, the air fryer is still dirty, the microwave is dirty, the freezer didn't shut, the fridge had mould in it. The towels were wet so we couldn't shower. The place was icky and I was pleased to get out of there. Do yourself a favour and book a hotel.

Great location and good space

Cleanliness’s needs massive improvement, very dirty sofa, bed sheets did not smell clean and the bathrooms overall cleanliness was poor. Rubbish still in the bins, balloons left from previous stay. Overall the place could do with a deep clean especially the state of the sofa

Location, clean and balcony

Great price for the location and the room itself is lovely and perfect for what we needed. The parking space is an absolute bonus and would definitely stay here again.
