Quiet area, but close to the station. A friendly host helped me a lot.

Wonderful place and a wonderful host. The struggles of a host are really unappreciated often but taking a little time to say thank you to a host isnt expensive and doesnt lose a guest anything

Location good. Good sized apartment.

Half hour delay to collect keys - we were left stood on the street; apparently due to the cleaner being late. Cleanliness was terrible. Dirty bathroom, basin hadn't been cleaned and there were toothpaste splatters on the soap bottle and tap. I cleaned the toilet before we used it. Bedding was wet - we had to dry it with the fan and the hair dryer. We slept on the bath towels. Hand towel was soaking wet. Kitchen was filthy. Mould in the fridge, air fryer hadn't been cleaned in months, if ever. Only one glass in the cupboard. No tea towel. Both blinds were broken and we couldn't open or close them easily. The balcony had cigarette ends on it and litter. It didn't appear to have been vacuumed at all & was very dirty behind the bedroom blinds. I have photographs.

Sign for property not as advertised so we were Looking for luna stays.it was signposted as viva Apartments.very confusing and frustrating.no plug in sink therefore unable to have a shave.blind fittings in both rooms damaged and not working.

Location was perfect for the NIA and very comfortable

Nothing major silly things like no wine glasses and the blinds in the bedroom were broken

Perfect location. It was Comfortable and cozy.

Just a little thing if you want to cook, no pots there (only 2little saucepans). Otherwise everything was great.

Location, conspiracies and easy to access

Nothing really though could have done with complimentary cuppa for the morning
