C01A05 Precioso apartamento con vistas al mar by R2R Consulting

Excelente ubicación y lo mejor con Parking muy cerca del paseo marítimo.

Lo único que no me gusto fue el mal olor que se producía de noche en el baño que salida del lava manos y ademas la falta de papel higiénico fueron tres noches 4 adultos.

Buenas vistas. El parking en el mismo edificio del apartamento. Buena atención al cliente.

No había cubiertos en la cocina ni utensilios. Faltaba un juego de toallas. El baño es interior y la mampara es pequeña. El ascensor llega hasta la entreplanta 4-5 y hay que subir el último tramo en escaleras.

The view from the apartment was great. Nice location as well.

Nothing was wrong with the apartment. It was clean, and we had everything you needed to live comfortably for our stay.

The apartment it is located on the top part of Santander, and has espectacular views. You can see the whole Santander bay. The apartment has been refurbished and it's all like in the pictures. The rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfortable. If you are walking in and out the center is has a big hill to walk, but if you go to the street Rio de la Pila, use the cable lift to stop number 2, go right and the apartment is 2 min walk. Very convenient. Overall we were very happy with it.

Nothing major but to note: - To access the keys you need to use the stairs the first time as the apartment is in the 5th floor and the lift uses a key which is in the apartment. - It says that there is parking, but it's not always available. One of the nights it was packed of cars with no space, but we could find outside. - They keep a deposit of 300 euros which is unusual for booking, however, they returned it right away as we left.

La distribución del apartamento, las vistas y que tenga aparcamiento en la misma finca. También me gustó la atención telefónica ya que precisé de ayuda ya que las instrucciones para acceder a la vivienda no eran claras.

El proceso de recogida de llaves para poder acceder al aparcamiento. Tampoco me gustó el olor en los baños, humedades en las paredes o que con una reserva de varios días, solo haya 1 bolsa de basura, 1 pastilla para el lavavajillas. Es decir, creo que el apartamento tiene potencial y comodidades pero estos pequeños detalles empañan la experiencia.
