Hidden Gem 1 in City Center

The apartment was very clean and spacious, the table placed in front of the large window from living room made my every morning😃

In one bathroom was a bit cold and the water wasn’t so hot; didn’t have a Tv

Overall walk distace accessibility to all main “attractions” (monuments, cathedrals, views…)

The quarter itself was bit of strange frim the fist view. Some items (foor, shower,..) in the property could be bit refurbished as has some signs of usage, anyway e.g. the kitchen was good equipped

Good location, many stores nearby. There is a lot of space in the flat and all the appliances needed are present and even more. Amazing view from the window! Two bathrooms, which is very nice for a family. The beds are very comfortable.

The shower is a bit broken, it splashes everywhere and you have to wait for warm water like a 5 minutes. Toilet seats in both bathrooms are a bit broken too. First floor of the building has unpleasant smell, but in the flat itself it’s fine. Smaller bedroom has no AC or heater, so in winter a bit chilly.

AVOID, DANGER, NOT SAFE Apartment is located in the MOST DANGEROUS NEIGHBOURHOOD of Lisbon. Our car was robbed during our one night stay. The window was broken. We lost the luggage from the boot. It is not safe to walk there after dark. People on the street told us after that this happens regularly, and it is a very dangerous area. Instead of sightseeing we spent the day with police and sorting out the broken car. Dishwasher sponge was diqusting. There was no cover on the duvet. There were no bin baggs. The shower was old and handle was falling apart. No dishwasher. Otherwise there was a nice heating and heaters, nice decorations. If it was not this neighbourhood it would be OK for a short stay.

It ruined my Lisbon experience

Easy access to train stations or ferry terminal, also has a Mirador close to .Flat was clean with everything handy, also Miguel was very helpful .Thanks for everything!

Location

The Apartment itself is really outstanding, you can feel that you are really at home, it is close to the Metro and Tram 28 Station. The Host responds quickly to our inquiries.
