"Excellent rapport qualité prix"

Appartement très propre avec un bon emplacement pour visiter Lisbonne.

Prévoir une cafetière plus grande car celle en place est vraiment trop petite pour 4 personnes.

Doskonala lokalizacja 2min do metra i tramwaju 28. Blisko Lidl i sklep ze swiezymi rybami (w pasazu przy Lidlu). Blisko do punktow widokowych, choc trzeba sie troche powspinac na Monte... Mieszkanie na 1pietrze, zadbane, czysciutko, cicho ( w biblioteczce swietne albumy w sam raz na spokojny relaks po pelnym atrakcji dniu). Dla nas byla to swietna opcja ( dwie pary, 2 sypialnie, 2lazienki i wspolny salonik z aneksem kuchennym i stolem przy duzym oknie - poranna kawka i pasteis de nata, juz tesknie za tym klimatem).

"Phantastischer Blick von zentraler Unterkunft"

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhige Straße mit schöner Aussicht. Zwei Bäder und zwei Schlafzimmer waren hervorragend. Ales hat prima gelappt.

"Bien sans plus."

Emplacement proche du métro, cela nous a permis de faire beaucoup de choses à Lisbonne.Belle vue sur le quartier.Personnel disponible et à l'écoute.

Propreté à revoir. Une des deux douches inutilisables car pas de rideau. Lavabo bouché. Les deux lunettes des toilettes sont non fixées . Linge de lit pas très propre ! Couette n'est vraiment pas adaptée à la taille du lit. (Une nouvelle nous a été amenée au bout du 4e jour). Le plus gros problème lors de ce séjour a été le bruit généré par les autres voisins tout au long de la semaine, jusqu'à 1h du matin et reprise à 6h30. Il a été très difficile de dormir durant une semaine, malgré l'intervention des gérants ! Cet appartement est très mal insonorisé tout va bien si vous passez un ou deux jours mais pour une semaine complète ou si vous avez le sommeil léger ça ne pourra pas le faire !!! Il me tardait de rentrer à la maison pour pouvoir me reposer ! Quand il y a des choses positives il faut le dire mais quand il y a des négatives aussi ! Le prix de 900 € pour une semaine n'est pas justifié !

"Polecane miejsce na wyjazd ze znajomymi lub rodziną"

- mili gospodarze, - łatwy dostęp do kluczy obiektu, - komfort dwóch sypialni i dwóch łazienek, - apartament czysty i zadbany, - położenie obiektu blisko atrakcji Lizbony, - dobrze skomunikowane miejsce, - niedaleko do dobrych i niedrogich restauracji i sklepów.

- wąska klatka schodowa: kłopotliwe wniesienie większego bagażu, - drobne usterki wyposażenia (czajnik elektryczny, prysznic w mniejszej łazience9) - okolica obiektu niestety brudna, a śmietniki tuż przy drodze nieszczególnie pachną, - hałasy z prowadzonych remontów oraz warsztatu samochodowego, - w okolicy też systematycznie koczują bezdomni.
