as adverticed free airport taxi is not true . I was expecting the promotioned is real but ints not true.

They made the needed materials and facilities available and tried to have it complete. Property looks great except for one thing. A lot of small cockroaches roaming around in and out of the bedroom. Climbing the dining table and kitchen sink.

Too many cockroaches roaming around in and outside climbing the curtains and TV, bed and even the dining table. So, you could not turn off the light because you cannot see if they will come near you. It needs disinfected and use of pesticides. Towel available is like a winter fur and not absorbent like a normal towel.

Place are great, accesibke to all places near Quezon City. Miss Ting as an admin is doing her best to accomodate all the problems we encontered. She provides all things we need, friendly and nice.

From the first day the water from aircon is leaking even got cleaned, there's a lot of small cockroaches, there are many scratches on pots and pans thats why when you fry eggs and fish it got sticky.

Tingting is very accommodating

the place is conveniently located near sm north and trinoma so it was easy to buy the things we needed. the caretaker is also very accommodating to our requests.
