"Overall...our stay in this unit had been OUTSTANDING!"

We arrived 3am in the morning and the madam took time to welcome us. I can feel her sincere warmth! We had an amazing stay at Grass Residences Tower 2. The air conditioning in the unit is excellent, keeping the place cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The unit itself is impeccably clean and fully furnished with everything you might need. The bed is incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Madam was very accommodating and made sure all our needs were met. The location is perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

"Superb"

Tingting, the unit caretaker is so accommodating from the moment I booked til my check-out. She is very attentive to my needs during my stay. Reception/ Lobby is also a plus. Building staffs even the guards are all very respectful & helpful. My building has access to the mall however, i do not have time to explore that aspect during my stay. Will stay here again most definitely.

"Comfortable and Affordable Place To Stay"

I love how accommodating and understanding the staffs were especially the woman who accommodated us during our stay. The place was comfy and we had a great view outside the mini balcony. Love it! 😍

We just had some minor issues about the air conditioner wherein it leaks after being used for a long time. Over all, everything was great!

"Below to my expectations."

Location was perfect near in Sm, Trinoma , Mrt , Lrt and more..

The room was dirty when I came, some things are broken the toilet was dirty and a lot of cockroaches the bed are very very OLD 'please change it' the sofa bed was old and broken.

"Full of cockroach and not well maintained"

Location is easy to find and the mall is close so all the needs and wants can be bought in a pinch

The place is full of cockroaches, shower door tiles are loose and looks like it'll fall off anytime soon. The shower itself doesn't work properly and is wasting too much water since it both flows from the telephone shower and the bottom tap. The bed cushion was only supported by cork so after a few nights it gave up and got destroyed (which we had to pay for)
