Location was great. Also no complaints about communication with the host. Beds were comfy so I slept well :)

However my mom, who didn't have an earplugs slept worse. There was a strange noise from the boiler? pipes? especially during the night. There were also some damages in the room. Toilet seat was detached, there was some cable hanging above the shower (ventilation?) and the door handle was falling out. Based on the pictures from booking we expected something bit better :)

Die Lage ist exzellent, die Ausstattung ausreichend. Das Bett und die Matratze sind gut.

Die Zimmer sind auf dem 3-en Stock, ein Zimmer auf dem 4-en, steile Treppen führen dahin. Auf warmes Wasser muss man länger warten, nachdem man den Wasserhahn geöffnet hat. Einige Einrichtungen funktionieren erst, wenn man extra Schalter (Klimaanlage), bzw. Wasserhahn (warmes Wasser am 4-en Stock) geöffnet hat.

The penthouse apartment was spacious and clean. Bedroom and bathroom very good. Some cooking facilities although we didn't use them. The bed is very comfy. There are two reverse cycle AC systems. The location is very handy to the railway station so excellent if you're traveling by train.

It's on the 4th floor of the building. 75 steps up and down. As you would expect extra for the penthouse. If you have a bad knee It's a problem. While the bed is excellent, the pillows are lumpy which was disappointing. There is a balcony but don't expect a view. The AC in the living room did not work but the bedroom one worked well. We did not find many eating options in the area around here. Finally, in order to gain access you need to install a particular app on your phone and create yet another account. Fortunately there is a handy park bench nearby where you can sit and navigate this extra frustration.

Le protocole de reservation est fastidieux : obligé de passer par une autre application. Très compliqué quand le réseau mobile est faible. Faudrai stipuler sur l'annonce que l'hébergement est au 5 ème étage sans assenceur.

“Accoglienza rara e cura per ogni dettaglio” Ho soggiornato in questo B&B per 1 notte e quello che più mi ha colpito fin da subito è stata la qualità dell’accoglienza. Gentilezza, disponibilità e una comunicazione chiara fin dal primo contatto: ogni informazione utile mi è stata spiegata con precisione, senza lasciare nulla al caso. La struttura è curata, pulita e ben organizzata. Si percepisce un’attenzione autentica per l’ospite, non solo nell’aspetto pratico, ma anche nel modo in cui si viene accompagnati durante il soggiorno. Nessuna formalità superflua, ma un equilibrio perfetto tra professionalità e calore. Tutto è pensato per far sentire l’ospite a proprio agio, fin dal primo momento. Ed è esattamente quello che è successo. Un posto in cui si torna volentieri, anche solo per come ti fanno sentire.

El mal recibimiento, llame para confirmar piso, solo me dijo algo inaudible, jamas respondio de nuevo el telefono, debi buscar por mi cuenta en escaleras oscuras y peligrosas algo que hiciera referencia al alojamiento, toque puerta por puerta, completamente inaceptable. Habria sido muy sencillo un mensaje de texto con la informacion clara. NO HAY REFRIGERADOR, LA CLAVE DEL INTERNET ERRONEA, POCA O NULA RESPUESTA DEL ANFITRION, quedo claro que no le interesaba el huesped
