I have a video proof that it was 16 degrees in arrival. Honestly, I do not understand how you do business: the customer is saying "it was terrible", and provided all the evidence. Contacted you several times during the evening and midnight. agreed to pay for one night, and you rejected refunding the second night, like 40 euros. Even Booking.com gave me a complimentary 10 euros for this. What is wrong with you?

Очень удобное местоположение. Близко к парку и к центральной площади старого города. Также в пешей доступности находятся остановки городского транспорта с помощью которого можно доехать до паяна Брашов и в любую точку города. Апартаменты находятся в тихой зоне где не слышно гуляющих по старому городу и утром приятно просыпаться не в шумном квартале по которому торопятся люди и идут дети в школу. Квартира очень уютная и чистая, на протяжении всего периода было очень тепло внутри, была горячая вода и все приборы работали хорошо. Есть всё нужное для приготовления еды на кухне. Практически нет шума от соседей и чувствуется что живёшь в частном доме по среди старого города.

The place is nicely decórated and has recently been renovated

but right on street level on a very busy road, there is a scale to weight yourself but not a knife to cut bread, there is an oven but no trays to cook. The whole check in system is just annoying everything is outside booking and you need to register on a different portal. There is no direct contact possible only via WhatsApp messaging with customer service. I had a problem when arranged as I did groceries and the stove was not working. Spent hours following the instructions to fix it and only the last day after 4 I was complaining they thought of sending someone. I asked to cancel the last 2 nights so I could find a place with a working kitchen and said no. On my check out all the details to put back the keys (the code) where gone. Tried contact the number but as it was morning only AI was available. After I left and left the keys in the apartment I got a message telling me that I should have remembered the code it was not difficult.
