The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Both owners were very friendly and they serve great breakfasts in the morning I'd recommend. The accommodation itself is close to multiple busstops so getting around the city is easy. If I ever come back to Kyoto I'll stay here again for sure :)

The area is a bit noisy but no more than what's expected of a house in the middle of a city, free earplugs are provided.

The property was in a great location and the room we stayed in was amazing! Two big beds, that were so comfortable and the room was lovely and spacious. The facilities were great and also located downstairs was a cafe. The hosts were really kind and lovely to chat with, they went above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel at home. A very special place. Highly recommend!

Nothing to dislike it was absolutely perfect!

"Very pleasant stay!"

The two stuff members were friendly and very helpful. Right before I went there I fell down and broke a bone on my foot. So their willingness to help meant a lot to me!

The room was warm and comfortable but no heating on the ground floor (the sink and the bathroom) and was cold.
