"Overall a very pleasant stay! Definitely worth your money."

The room was clean, cosy and had comfy futons. We only had to share the bathroom and shower with one other room which caused no issues. The staff were very friendly, although we did not get to meet them, they left us nice messages each day. The location is convenient and they offered shampoo, conditioner and cooling spray!

Not necessarily something bad, but a mini fridge would have been nice:)

"Nice stay for group."

The palm room is very comfortable and big enough for 3 people with luggage. The staffs are also very nice.

The stairs are too narrow so we had a little bit difficulties to bring our large suitcases to the room. Also, it probably depends on who's other guests at that time, but the guests from another room didn't use the toilet cleanly :(.

"The best place to stay in Japan!"

We absolutely loved our stay here, it is the best place we have stayed in Japan! The rooms are really spacious & clean and the beds are super comfy, we slept so well! The facilities are really clean and work well. The best thing by far though was the hosts, they are both so lovely and friendly and really make you feel at home. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Kyoto & would 100% recommend!

Everything was great. The location is very convenient. The staff is so nice and helpful. I hope we will come again. I will highly recommend. Very cheap for the quality of services.

Amazing personnel, very sweet and welcoming, it was easy to come and go, the beds were very comfy and the room was cozy

There was a very loud and repetitive music that would resonate through the walls and that would wake me up in the morning and go on late in the evening, although not all night, I assumed it must've been one of the pachinko buildings nearby

Self check-in information was perfect. So easy to understand. Property had everything you need. The place was very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Hard to name anything bad. Bed was too soft, light came through the window at night.
