Lovely small guesthouse, away from the touristy areas in Kyoto. The room was big and comfortable, and the staff were really welcoming and friendly.

“The best part was the super friendly and helpful staff. The room with the two French beds where we stayed was very comfortable. The mattresses and pillows were very cozy. The accommodation is located near several restaurants, supermarkets, and is 20 minutes from Kyoto Station by bus (direct connection). It’s also close to all the major attractions in the city. The toilet, Japanese bath/shower was very clean. Clean towels were available for 100 yen, but this was not a problem. The food downstairs at the café was delicious.”

Didn't like shared bathroom- my mistake I didn't read it properly in description. Also towels for extra fee!!! And we paid 170 dollars per night!!!! With shared toilet and bathroom! And paid for towels! That's insane. But location and host were nice.

The hosts are extremely nice and helpful . The room was clean and the theme is carried everywhere in the room and around the property which is nice . The bed was confy and we had ac . The shower area is nice and clean . Overall we are not the kind of people that leave reviews but this was a really nuce stay foar a really cheap price so we recommend it .

In the bathroom you can smell a pee scent but the bathroom itself is really clean .
