オーナーさんが親切。 恐らく2部屋だけなので静かで混み合っておらず、快適。ベッドもふかふかで、暖房もちゃんと付いてる。 近くにスーパーや飲食店が多く、食べ物には困らない。食事も提供されている。京都駅からバス一本で行ける。

room, and bathroom facilities were clean, the “reception” area in the morning is a a cafe, so you can stay there to eat.

we had in our room a closet, in which the owners store extra duvets and pillows etc, so if they need it, they have to enter into your room and take it.

Amazing location, with all you need close by (groceries stores, plenty of restaurants, gym). Everything was great, very clean, would come back again for sure. And the best staff!! GRACIAS 😊

The location is very good, on the main street, very accessible, easy to find. There was self check-in and it was possible before the check-in time, which we appreciated. We got the check-in message quickly and it was smooth and easy to understand. The room was clean and comfortable. The toilet was upstairs next to the room and the shower room was downstairs. There are two rooms at the facility, 5 people total, but there was no problem with waiting for the toilet or shower.

We could hear the music beats all the time from somewhere outside but it was bearable and the room was equipped with ear plugs.
