Everything you could possibly need was available and more . Cosy , superbly clean, bed was ridiculously comfortable. Outside space amazing, patio table umbrella, BBQ , seriously if your looking for downtime and relaxation, with amazing views , peace , birds singing , this is it . Close to everywhere, hosts even left leaflets for eating places . Hugely Recommend this little Gem Trace & Han Mother & Daughter visit.

Excellent accommodation, great value for money. Felt quiet, safe and I'd 100% look to book again. Just perfect. Charger for EV was great too. I didn't use the kitchen facilities as it was a fleeting visit but it seemed to have everything I could possibly need. Loads of storage in a huge cupboard if you need it. Overall a much bigger place than I expected.

The bed wasn't comfy (for me), this is a personal preference but it wasn't comfy for me. Blackout curtains/blinds in the bedroom would be nice but I put a blanket over the one which helped. Drive is quite tight, was fine for my tesla but bear in mind if you're an unconfident driver or have a large vehicle (but the drive is private so take all the time you need!). Recommend reversing in. Toilet seat is loose, nearly flew off! Probably the only thing I'd say really needs looking at. Shame it's not dog friendly but I completely understand.

Well appointed property, well decorated with fine views across the valley

Directions were not quite 100% and could be improved by stating that the property is on the main street through Phocle Green I left my event early to identify the location in the daylight Following the postcode my satnav directed me down an incorrect lane. Maybe a larger sgnpost on the gate would help

Lovely place and ideal … lighting outside good idea for safety when dogs out & all enclosed. Comfy bed and sofa and bathroom great … good kitchen facilities… everything provided

Some privacy sat outside would be better .e.g put some type of screen up at suitable level to not deter view ( neighbours watching us when outside) Also back of property some glass panes and other building stuff that could easily fall - obviously just be aware .. it didnt bother us but the dogs would go around the back … felt it needed risk assessing for future - just advice not judgement ok 👍🏻

Quiet location. Parking. Close to shops in Ross and Motorway.
