The location was great

TV was slow

Nothing. Although it's new, it's dirty and not at all looked after.

When we arrived it had not been serviced. I had to clean it, then buy new sheets and wash all the towels. The beds are very uncomfortable. A cheap mattress topper will do them a world of good. There's cockroaches! 2 crawled across the table while we were eating. It was very hard to communicate with the host, and the customer service wasn't any easier.

Nothing it was disgraceful

We liked the location for easy access to the airport, the dishwasher, and kitchen facilities.

The beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept on - springs sticking out of the mattress and it was too nasty to sleep in with stains and mould. No towels in kitchen or additional toilet. Found a wet and stinking tea towel under the sink which we could not use. Not very welcoming with the way some of the rules were stated on the walls, with additional threats and consequences, and no additional welcome gestures at all.

I am appreciative able to have my moko's stay, and how cool it was to add an extra person in the last minutes. Liked the use of the washing machine.

Tho I requested an earlier arrival time I was held back and arrived much later but upon arrival was meet with someone there and notice key was in door and lock box was open, I did not know wht to expected and when I went to make enquiries was meet upon a cleaner doing it job and had to wait outside till worker had finished, I had made call to manger and told about the dispute, disappointed about procedures but managed to set in at the end of the day, can't say I like the mattress downstairs and the sheets felt like plastic fabric and noisy.

Compact , clean & comfortable. The downstairs en-suite room was a welcome addition with its own TV Beds were comfortable

That there was no outside seating area . Also no welcome pack ie , Tea , Coffee or Milk . There was an issue with drainage smells . Plus a few too many rules in both the fridge & wall .

TV had some steaming service

Not enough towels for people booked in. Contacted owner who assured me that they would drop more off but never did. Not enough chairs at dining table. Bobby pins laying around indicating hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned properly after previous occupants. Random cleaning chemicals, including portable toilet sachets, under kitchen sink.
