En general, nos gustó el apartamento. Estaba bien ubicado, limpio y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos; además, el personal era amable.

Sin embargo, tengo tres quejas que podrían ser útiles: Primero, el televisor estaba defectuoso y la imagen se veía borrosa; Segundo, no había suficientes paños de cocina ni bolsas de basura; Tercero, estamos acostumbrados a un colchón firme, y este era demasiado blando.
