Superb location, lovely property, very well equipped. Staff at Wheelwrights amazingly helpful. I cannot recommend this highly enough for a large family group.

Property is right on the street so a little bit of noise at times.

Very spacious, well equipped and beautifully presented property

We were unable to control the heating and we were cold on a couple of occasions. Thankfully lots of blankets were supplied.

Great location. Quirky character of the house. Plenty of room for our group. Very responsive hosts.

Kitchen in the basement, wasn’t mentioned in the resume of the property. More comfy armchairs in the main living room upstairs would have been nice.

Location was great

We loved everything about the property, the space inside, the kitchen, the bath, the comfiness of the beds, the extra little touches, the Christmas tree, the location of the property was great, about 3 mins walk from the main shopping area and the parking space was an added bonus!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, there were a few marks on the carpet as you walked in the front door but that’s to be expected.

The location was great; right at the heart of all the attractions and cafes / supermarkets. The kitchen has good equipment, which we mainly used for cooking breakfast. Was great to have different areas to relax - we used the TV room the most to watch the Olympics, but the kids used the study and the downstairs sitting room a lot as well. Having a washer and child dining chair was super helpful as well as the fans.

The property managers could have been more solution oriented. We eventually sorted out the issue, but it could've been easily sorted the day we arrived, which would've made all the difference. It took some time to answer a query or two prior to our arrival. The carpets could use some deep cleaning; especially in the living room at the entrance level - had so much fuzz. And it would've been good to have kids cutlery / plates available.
