We were never accomodated, no reception, i slept in a. Car because the was no security, no reception the property was locked but they accepted the payment I made but I never used accommodation due to property being locked, I am not happy at all the owner promised refund but it was never refund

The way management handled this problem,no accountability and responsibility, they sweetheart not apologetic we sleep in a car because the property was locked.

Nothing very bad service, untrustworthy and we paid but we have never received accommodation for that day.

The owner is untrustworthy and they can inconvenience you

Terrible experience. Upon arrival we were told that the place is fully booked. We had booked well in advance but we learnt from Dominic that the owner Simphiwe Sihlangu, had given our room away to guests that arrived that morning and had accepted their cash payment on arrival. When consulting with Simphiwe Sihlangu he was very rude to us and did not provide any assistance at all. I would not recommend this place as they do not care about their customers and only care about money.
