Breakfast was made fresh while we waited. Annie and Paul chatted easily which created a nice welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. It was my wife's birthday and they very kindly put a birthday banner on the door. A nice touch. The B&B lived up to the reviews the bed was exceptional and Teddy was a lovely and well behaved dog. We would recommend Frinton45 and will return again

It’s a beautiful house, really comfortable accommodation with lovely, personal touches and Annie & Paul were just the nicest hosts.

We were overwhelmed with the entire offering from beginning to end. Paul was a charming host creating a welcoming and homely space to share with him, his family, their delightful small dog Teddy and other guests. The room was exceptionally comfortable. A lot of attention to detail inc mini fridge stocked with water and fresh milk. The shower room/toilet was spotless and spacious. Breakfast...well what can we say. Five star. Sitting in the family kitchen/dining space...we could have sat there all day. Proper coffee too. So good we booked a return visit before we left !
