"Exceptional / Perfect"

Everything about the property & hosts was fantastic. The house, room, bathroom, hosts (Annie & Paul), location, facilities, breakfast, cleanliness, bed etc were perfect. Even Teddy (the dog) was a delight.

Excellent location, very close to the high street and a short walk from the train station. Excellently placed for a walk to Walton-on-the-Naze. Breakfast was excellent with homemade waffles, granola and eggs. The room was very comfortable with excellent pillows and kettle/ beside lights - everything we look for! Very very friendly hosts who clearly love to host and meet people. Would return!

The snug was spotlessly clean with a king size bed so comfortable with very good quality pillows and sheets given a great night's sleep.The owners paul and Annie are a lovely attentive couple .Breakfast is just fantastic.
