What's not to like ?! Our second visit but this time returning with my elderly mother, who took residence in The Snug Room while we had an upstairs room. Paul and Annie are hosts extraordinaire - tea/coffee in the garden on arrival. Rooms with so much attention to detail to ensure the best experience possible. Choice of freshly cooked breakfast in an engaging dining area. Nothing no trouble - even some home-cooked brownies on our return from a day at the beach. If there was a 'super excellent' rating Paul, Annie and their dog Teddy would be achieving this standard. Thank you thank you for a perfect visit.

Very clean and comfortable

Excellent central location. Close to both high street and beach, both within walking distance, added bonus of parking on site. Amazing hosts and so welcoming, Teddy made our stay! Brilliant facilities available, outstanding quality, rooms spotless, beds, bedding, towels, I could go on, all excellent quality. Breakfast was also amazing in both quality and choice. All round brilliant stay.

Lovely location, super clean, comfy bed, excellent shower, quality facilities/toiletries & lots of mod cons. Spacious garden with lots of outside seating, sun trap in parts. Breakfast range and quality of produce were fantastic. Annie & Paul were amazing hosts, nothing too much trouble, made great recommendations for places to eat & arranged surprise balloons for partners Birthday, communication throughout was excellent. Teddy the dog was a delight & super friendly. Highly recommend Frinton45 and will defo be back to our happy place. 🤩
