Annie and Paul are wonderful hosts. The property is state of the art, clean and comfortable. Great homemade breakfast. Excellent location for easy beach access or just a stroll through Frinton's high street. Oh, don't forget Teddy the content little co-host!

Very clean and modern. Warm and friendly owners. Room had mini fridge with complimentary milk and a bottle of water. A nice touch. Had off street parking.
