Breakfast was lovely and the kitchen and facilities are lovely. Nice clean room, huge bath and the b&b is close to beach.

Everything was beautifully clean and comfortable, stylish and really well presented. Parking outside and really close to the town centre and the beach front. Annie and Paul, our hosts , were so friendly, and everything had a personal touch from the facilities in our room, ( fresh homemade biscuits), to the beautifully prepared breakfast with everything cooked fresh and from scratch. Can’t recommend enough!

Perfect customer service. Made sure we settled in very well. I'm just happy about everything from bed to food. Honestly I have nothing I was not happy about. I also loved the proximity to the beach

Absolutely love this place. You won't find better hosts and Frinton is beautiful in the summer or winter. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with a great choice of options available. The location is a 5 min walk to the beach and town centre. Honestly book it and you'll see what we mean. This is our second visit now and we're already planning our next. Always sad to leave.
