It was a great place to stay for a group, and a super convenient location near Beeston centre and the university and a tram stop

Mould. Bathroom could do with a refurb and put in an extractor fan to help otherwise would be good to get a dehumidifier in to help and would happily turn on during the stay to help prevent mould

House is located brilliantly for the hockey centre. Tram stop v close to the house was really useful. Huge Tesco for supplies was only 15 minute walk / 3 min car drive. Beeston High Street offered a range of coffee shops, takeouts etc. Bedroom sizes were v good and excellent clean linen was provided. House was really well equipped in the kitchen. Clean throughout. Good off road car parking spaces. Excellent property. We will be using again. Great communication throughout by the owner.

Brilliant location 5 minutes walk to the National Hockey Centre. Rooms just like the photos. Extras like towels, fans, tea, coffee and washing up liquid being included were great!

We really loved the location. We could walk to store or laundromat or out for coffee. And the neighbourhood was great. We felt safe walking the streets or to the park. We loved the space in the house, there was plenty of room for us all.

The house is quite old and felt like it was on a lean. And the beds were quite hard. The tram runs all night out front of property so if u like it quiet at night, this property is not good for that. It was fantastic to have a bit of space out back of property but it needs to be tidied up. It is very overgrown and unappealing. A family friendly outdoor setting would be awesome for afternoon dinners when sun doesn't go down until late.
