Ubicación y estaba bien equipado

La cama super incomoda, estaba hundida, el edredón tenía manchas. Una vez reservado te pide deposito, diciendo que estaba dentro de las condiciones, y en ningún momento pone nada de eso, da la opción de cancelar si no quieres pagarlo pero sin q te devuelvan el dinero.

La posizione dell’appartamento è buona e la pulizia eccellente, un punto a grande favore. Tuttavia, per quello che abbiamo pagato abbiamo trovato molto freddo, perché il riscaldamento non funzionava bene. In generale, alcuni aspetti dell’appartamento non sono nuovissimi e potrebbero beneficiare di un piccolo rinnovamento, considerando il prezzo

Good location

The whole apartman needs renovation and make up than it would be ideal for a short stay in Sevilla. Although the apartman looked like in the pictures (photos probably taken years ago) but all the furnitures need some make up. The walls were dirty, the cleaning wasnt spotless and the paint was peeling off all the furniture. The bed was uncomfortable for two persons. The mattress needs to be replaced. The communication with the owner or with whom who manages the apartman was weird. When we reported a problem (that couldnt get in the apartman building on arrival) we received no answer for a whole day. However after 24 hours we got an automatic message to report any problem we have. (We did, 24 hours ago) This was the point when we thought we had a conversation with a chatboot. Even before our arrival we received suspicios, fraudulent mails from the accomodation. In this regard nothing happened actually however we did not feel comfortable.

Algo a favor del apartamento es que estaba céntrico y calidad precio estaba bastante bien. No es un apartamento enorme, pero es perfecto para ir dos o tres personas, está completamente equipado. El aire enfría un montón, un punto muy a favor para el calor que hace enfría la calle.

Deberían cambiar la cerradura, aunque cierres la puerta se queda que parece que está abierta y cuesta bastante meter las llaves en los cerrojos, tienes que hacer mucha fuerza.
