La ubicación.

Instalaciones deterioradas, especialmente el baño. El ascensor casi siempre estaba bloqueado en algún piso, por lo que tocaba subir escaleras casi siempre. Cama tremendamente incómoda. Hace falta una inversión en este piso.

Great location.

Communication was insufficient. During winter heating didn’t work and the stuff didn’t believe us. We waited 3 hours in cold apartment.

buona posizione, appartamento piccolo ma con ogni necessità, ottimo lo scambio coi propretari sempre pronti e premurosi

purtroppo ha piovouto tutto il tempo, sotto casa c'erano dei lavori e ci hanno tolto l'acqua per un giorno, inoltre abbiamo avuto problema nell'entrare poichè il codice che ci hanno dato per entrare nel palazzo non funzionava
