They deserve negative star , fraud hotel , inspite of confirmed booking , they cancel on their own without information, no manager available to talk also , don't even try to book here , pathetic hotel Update ......After they refused to give room and asked me to arrange for myself , have got a much better option. Chennai offers huge number of options with great quality, there is no reason to think of booking here located far away from all the attractions with no certainty of booking , this hotel and Booking.com are not to be trusted at all.
