Nice place to rest. Location wasn't important. Good room, quiet, good a/c.

The fact that i don't speak the local language.

We are very much disappointed in Palatte Resorts which is in Thalambur.. 1. We booked for 02 Days Rooms The same has been confirmed. During checking time management saying that Rooms are full we don't have Rooms for 02 Days you can use it for 01 Day. Don't know how they are following up online Booking. 2. They have Mentioned Bath Tub & Hair Dryer but such facilities not available in Rooms. They are saying this is very cool Are we mad. 3. We ordered Chicken Rice but in that found Bees in that. Don't know how clean their Restaurant. 4. No Toilet Papers available in Room. Overall not happy with the Resort. If you are willing to book pls check this and decide not advisable.
