Staff was not knowing about the booked category

The staff were helpful and polite and ready to assist. Outer look of the hotel and surroundings are good.

The size of the rooms were good enough but the pillow covers, bedsheets and comforters were poor and not clean, with dirt marks and strands of hair on the bedsheets. The the rooms did not have at least 2 tea cups for the guests. Even after requesting for tea cups, they were short of it. Out of 3 rooms we booked, one of the rooms did not have any bath towels. The bathrooms were not cleaned well and were stinky even after the boy cleaning the floor and hanging the refresher sachets. The drainage holes didn't have lids/ covers, therefore the bathrooms were stinky even after cleaning. The wash basin, faucets and the toilet seats were not cleaned.
