The location was ok

The room given was very bad, smelling bad, the bathroom top was open

The rooms were spacious, and there was ample parking available. That's all. The staff were quite accommodative.

The cleanliness was disappointing. The bedsheets were stained, the towels were rough, and there was an unpleasant stench. Additionally, cement patches across the hallway made it feel more like a lodge than a hotel.

The hospitality was excellent . starting from entrance of the hotel till checkout, the staff were very helpful and professional.. The receptionist Mr.Aravindh, helped me with the check-in as fast as he can and escorted me to the room which was very neat and quite. I really appreciate the entire team of Coastal Grand, Keep going with the same hospitality. will visit again. Thank you
