Host was nice.

We had booked the room in advance and had got confirmation from booking.com, however the host did not keep any room for us and adjusted us in a different room which was not clean n congested. Bathroom amenities were not upto the mark.

Excellent service…personal care and attention…even went further to ensure my belongings were safe. Prem goes extra mile

Prem is certainly the nicest person I met in India. He takes care of each and every one of his customers as if they were members of his own family. You can ask him anything, and he will be there, finding solutions within a few minutes. I had so many requests, constantly bothering him with various things, but Prem is very patient, always smiling, and doing everything he can with a good heart. He organizes things perfectly for you and always has excellent advice. I believe that's a very good reason to choose this place. What's more, Prem is an official guide and he speaks a real good French! The property is located in a small and quiet alley. It is well-maintained, very clean, and also very safe (with a heavy metal door and CCTV). The room I had was good for the price—the bed was comfortable, with a huge and warm blanket, which was perfect for the cold weather. The bathroom was spotless, and the water heater seemed like new, so the water was really hot.

A heater in the room during winter would be great!

Prem and his family were so welcoming. Amazing people to stay with. The room was very clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed for our short stay. The breakfast was very nice his wife is a wonderful cook. I would highly recommend staying here for a very homely experience. Special thanks from us as after finding out it was my partners birthday, they surprised her with a birthday cake and blessing upon our return from the city that evening. Thank you again. 🙏

Clean and well maintained rooms. Location is convenient. Mainly it is away from the crowded places and I found it extremely safe.
