Perfect Marina Stay@ Strait Quay 5 pax w/ Free Carpark

Great location, big, comfy apartment with access to swimming pool and gym. Nice neighborhood with all one needs in one place. Very nice and helpful staff, easy check in/check out.

Location is good. Convenient as in supermarket was onsite and eateries too. Apartment itself was just ok, furniture and fittngs are old and could do with some upgrading to the unit.

I totally feel that units to be rented should be thoroughly checked upon before guests check-in and not wait for guests to bring up the matter as it may take time and not conducive over weekends as some are not available for work then. Personally, this is not a matter to be taken lightly neither is it a laughing matter as I sensed in Mr Cody's voice message. Most crucial during my stay was: 1. Bathroom lights were terribly dim cos 2/3 bulbs were out. 2. Toilet seat/cover was broken 3. Tap for bidet was broken and cannot be turned on at all. 4. Bedsheets /pillow case need an upgrade as the current looks really old and drabby looking. Among other things, to look into especially if its a facility provided, then it needs to be attended to as well..stove seroiusly needs a change. And please provide proper dish washing liquid instead of shower gel.

The location of the hotel was good.

I waited two hours to get the room key, after check-in time. The mattress was uncomfortable and felt old. It was worn out and didn't provide proper support, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I stayed 3 nights and the room was not cleaned even a single day.
