MYNothing is likable about this host. I couldnot stay but I had to provide this review as an unpleasant experience about severely lack of customer service.
There is no customer service from this host, the room was non refundable but upon unforeseen circumstances, I asked to have either changed dates or refund but after lengthy messages with this host, they sleazily asked me to ask booking dot com customer service to call them but still dont accept my request. This booking dot com platform is a hospitality service provider so a host is ultimately a service provider, servicing industry without a customer service mind is what this host is, they are robotically and greedily answered ‘read policy’. Truly first host that didnt accept the request, I had 3 bookings in about hundred of bookings refunded & changed dates (once by a host, once by a hotel) before! I do not ask for a refund just because I want to change my mind or book other place, I had to show this non customer service minded host my private family message about unforeseen circumstance but zero (negative!) understanding and they avoided responsibility by asking me to request booking for com. You are financially sounded owning a house or operating this room, but you have zero empathy and customer service towards hard earned money of your customers, you are not qualified to be in a servicing and serving industry like Hospitality. I dispute this outcome and I hope this review will alert other customers about this attitude from this host. As consumers we deserve to standard level of customer service when it is needed and as I asked for it, this host provided none and showed how sleazy they are by answering coldly and pushed responsibly to booking dot com. For booking dot com a professional big business organization but allowed this kind of severely no-customer-service-minded suppliers existed and listed on this platform is also equally responsible.
