Large 65 Inch TV Full Kitchen Long-Stay Ready

It was really well equiped, and the location was excellent. Not directly in the city center, therfore the noise was at a minimum.

I found the apartment first on AirBnB and they said everything was great and they would let the booking through and then they ghosted me. So I booked it through booking and then it worked. And on AirBnB it was cheaper.

Plenty of room, clean, off street parking, secure, easy access to city (walking, driving or bus). Great communication with the owners. Giant TV!!

Nothing - thought it was lovely. Two minor suggestions would be curtains or black out blinds in the two bedrooms (the existing blinds give you privacy but don’t keep the morning light out) and an extra armchair in the living room (3-seater sofa was very comfortable but as a family of 4 it means that someone was on the dining table chairs). Regardless of these minor suggestions, as a family we agreed that we will happily come back to stay.

The apartment is comfortable with enough space for our family, two adults and 2 kids. It had everything you need for the first day or two. Just don’t forget to bring your own shampoo and showergel. Beds are comfi and there is enough space in the living room for a blowup mattress if you want to give both your kids their own space. Showers are great. It was a quiet place though there is a school right behind and we were here during summer holiday. It’s super near the busstop and bus 82 will take you right to the centre. Uber was about a pound cheaper for us but the bus takes you through a bit of the centre which we found more fun. Tesco and Lidl superstores are just a 7 minute walk away. Parking is gated which was nice because we had a lot of camping gear in the car. The owners are friendly and the communication good.

We weren’t in the apartment a lot but the evening we did eat there we needed to do the breakfast dishes first because of a lack of plates. 4 large plates, 3 small ones and 4 bowls is just not enough for a family of 4. Our questions about the parking were never answered so it was a bit of a gamble if it had gated parking or not. The reviews weren’t clear. We also didn’t know how or where to park the car but found a key in one of the cabinets which opened the gate and said to only park on spot G so it worked out fine. Watch out when you go and sit down at the table. The cabinets look pretty but stick out and our ten year old kept almost hitting her head 😅

Great location, really clean apartment. Private gated parking. Easy access to buses taking you into Liverpool city centre. Quiet location away from traffic.

Secure parking on site. Spacious flat, well equipped thank you. Really responsive and helpful hosts.

Having gate fob in lock box outside would make it easier if driving alone to get car in. Water damage in main bathroom and main bedroom. Mirror over the en suite sink make it impossible to lean over sink so floor gets really wet.

The location was convenient

The hosts were unavailable by phone Initially they claimed this was because they were at the parade held for Liverpool football club as we arrived But they remained unavailable by phone throughout our stay, claiming that they had work reasons for being unavailable This was difficult for me and I thought it was just not good enough I am an autistic adult and even stated in one message to please contact me by phone but the host was unable to do so We were not told about or given a parking fob, we only discovered about the parking fob by the caretaker of the apartment block when we were leaving We both have fibromyalgia so it would have been much better to have parked inside the apartment grounds The walls throughout the apartment were tatty and marked in places

Apartment was VERY clean and tidy, and I don't say that lightly as I travel for work a lot. Quiet area, Tesco Extra nearby, plenty of parking spaces outside apartment. Few takeaway spots and centre of Liverpool about 20mins walk (normal walking, not google maps walking :) ) Bed in master bedroom was really comfortable for my liking, two toilets and showers definitely would be a plus for more people staying. Massive TV for those watching it.

Clean, modern, and spacious apartment. Super easy check in and friendly hosts. Would defo stay again.

Plastic glasses but I understand why they are plastic!
