The whole experience was amazing from the staff to the accommodation, the staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The caravan called Riverside 24 was beautiful, very spacious and very comfortable, any problems were quickly resolved within the hour of it being mentioned. I would highly recommend staying at Haggerston castle caravan park and stopping in Riverside 24, we had an amazing and enjoyable holiday that was definitely needed, Thank you Phill & Louise xxx

Self catering

Caravan had no central heating but did have electric heating. Not to bad windows could have done with a clean other than that not to bad.

: caravan was cold even when heaters were on : bedding was just adequate and needs updating : no towels or tea towels and very little toilet paper provided.
